Introduction
What Are The Benefits of Doing Yoga Everyday: Probably people have understood the meaning of yoga only as exercise, yogasana, pranayama, or physical activity. But if we could realize Yoga deeply and derive its real meaning then we would have made it the greatest life achievement.
Through Yoga, we not only achieve physical, mental and material heights but can also make our life happy and prosperous give complete goals to the entire family and can also touch the pinnacle of spirituality.
Whenever I talk about yoga, I inspire everyone to do yoga as well as to uplift their lives. Through my statement, I also tell the art of living with yoga, so that more and more people can benefit from it.
Whatever you think will happen:
There is a rule of this earth that what we think, the same happens in the body. For example, we see that as soon as we get angry, our expressions start becoming similar. The eyebrows are raised blood circulation increases. The muscles get strained.
The energy stored in the body gets wasted unnecessarily, which increases mental stress. The environment around us also gets spoiled. Our image gets spoiled and negativity enters. A type of poison is produced in the body which is harmful. Being angry all the time reduces the body’s immunity, due to which the body soon becomes weak and starts falling ill easily. Many things happen to us in life. We suffer from physical and mental diseases and become financially weak. Our friends are also made like that.
Sometimes bad habits are also developed, like drug addiction. Due to this, even glowing faces become dull. We eat a diet, but we do not see any positive effect on our body. The situation keeps getting worse. Families disintegrate and children are unable to become cultured. Society starts looking at it with contempt. Due to this we become victims of neglect.
We become bored with the world and life begins to seem meaningless. Worries torment me from morning till evening and I cannot even sleep at night. Life goes on with the help of medicines. There is despair all around. So is this what we are born with? So will we not be able to do anything for the rest of our lives? Who says you can’t do anything now? Who says you are nothing? No, you are many things.
You are still like that today. You are a bundle of infinite powers. There is no flaw in your soul. Whatever faults had come, they all came from outside and will be left from outside only. There is infinite knowledge within you. You have many abilities within you to develop them. Get up, now! Rise with full enthusiasm and fight alone. There are invisible forces with you. They are the rays of your ancestors. From now on a new consciousness will emerge within you.
Make up your mind that from today I will start a new life, will not get angry, will not consume non-vegetarian food, will not take drugs. Say that I renounce ego. I will love everyone, I will give affection to everyone. I will not expect anything from anyone, I will give love to everyone. By doing this you will see that there is peace and a pure atmosphere all around you. Your respect has increased. If you smile, the whole world smiles seeing you.
After a few days, you will see that your body has become better than before, and mentally you have become healthier. You have risen in your own eyes, and in the eyes of others as well. You are getting better in every way. Our purpose in giving this small example is only that as we think, similar chemical elements start getting created in our bodies. If our thinking is good then such chemicals will be created which will be like nectar which will provide us with every kind of nutrition from this time till death. So why don’t we change everything from today itself and make Yama and Niyama a part of our life?
It is written in our Upanishads that innumerable things are hidden in this small sentence ‘Yatha Pinde and Brahmanda’. This body of ours is an expression of the universe. The elements and powers that create this universe also create our physical body, brain and subtle body.
We all see that the natural environment is becoming unbalanced. Due to this our universe has also become sick and natural disasters are being seen everywhere. Similarly, if our eating habits and lifestyle are unbalanced then our body and brain will also become diseased. We will become dependent. In this way, by changing our way of living and making yoga a part of our lives, we can make this life successful and beautiful.

Effects of yoga asanas on the body and its organs:
(A Scientific Approach)
Our sages indeed had a lot of knowledge. But we compare their knowledge with our own and either prove their knowledge wrong or accept what the scientists of Western countries say. If they say that the ancient sages have said wrong then we accept them as wrong and if they say that your sages have said right then we accept them as right. We do not want to make our minds positive.
The tradition of yoga has been going on here for millions of years. Many decades ago, due to our ignorance and laziness, we had stopped paying attention to Yogasana or whenever someone did it, we used to laugh and many times the person in front of us also stopped doing it for the same reason. Now when people of Western countries started adopting yoga, our eyes were also opened.
Here it is not only about Yogasana, but we still do not believe many things like great souls have said that one should not consume food, alcohol and meat at night. There are many things that we are ignoring. Now if we look at the scientific reason for eating dinner at night, doctors also say that food should be taken at least 3 hours before sleeping.
If we go to sleep immediately after eating, the food does not get digested. The food will remain in the stomach throughout the night and will rot. Our stomach is unable to fully absorb vitamins and proteins and perform its functions. The stomach never gets any rest. If food is not being digested, then gas disorders arise, due to which there is a possibility of many types of diseases.
In Ayurveda, Acharyas are said to have food four hours before sleeping. If we know the scientific reason here, we will find that we have done a lot of hard work in those four hours. Due to this there is no problem in digesting food.
On vegetarianism, the Acharyas said that vegetarianism, apart from being completely digestible, also provides us with physical, mental and spiritual energy and we are saved from many types of defects. Tamasicism does not develop in us, because it is said that ‘As you eat food, so will be your mind. Good food brings good thoughts. There is happiness, peace and prosperity in the home environment.
By indulging in excessive lust, we become surrounded by many types of diseases. The vigor and brightness of the body get destroyed. The glow and redness of the face disappear. The face becomes filled with wrinkles. The body becomes weak and weak. Its difference is visible in the eyes. Hands and legs become weak. Memory becomes weak. Modern research has shown that excessive lust causes the brain to shrink.
Hundreds of such things have been told by our sages, saints and Acharyas, if we listen to them then there can be a big change in our lives.
Asanas related to digestion:
There is a rule of this world that the efficiency of the things which we do not use gradually decreases. Today, due to the advent of modern equipment, the physical efficiency of man has reduced, due to which the ability of that organ to function has also reduced.
Today all these reasons are having a tremendous impact on the digestive system due to which many diseases like constipation, indigestion, acidity, flatulence, kidney failure, intestines not working properly, ulcers, diarrhoea, piles etc. occur. It is happening.
We should do such yoga asanas which put pressure on the abdominal area. Like forward bending asanas, Paschimottanasana, Yogamudrasana, Naukasana etc.
Such asanas that cause stretch or tension in the abdominal area like Dhanurasana, Bhujangasana, Matsyasana, Chakrasana etc.
Such postures bring pressure and tension on both sides of the abdominal area. These asanas are Katichkrasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana, Tiryak Tadasana, Tiryak Bhujangasana, Uttan Mandukasana etc.
In this way, the entire organs of the digestive system are massaged well with the above-mentioned asanas. Blood circulation increases. The digestive system starts working smoothly.
These asanas increase the efficiency of all the organs of our stomach. Our abdominal muscles get a good workout, so our digestive system can absorb the right amount of nutrients like vitamins and proteins from the food we eat, keeping us healthy and protected from diseases.
Similarly, by doing Pranayama (Anta Kumbhaka, Bahikumbhaka), the lungs and abdominal organs start working systematically.
Along with Yogasana, Yoga postures also have an important contribution in our life. By doing the three Bandha and Nauli and Shuddhi activities along with the mudras, all the organs of the digestive system work smoothly. By sitting in a meditation posture, many minor distractions in the abdominal area go away. Sitting in Dhyanasana creates slight tension in the front muscles of the abdominal region, which benefits the entire abdominal region. Therefore, we can say that through yoga exercises, the digestive system gets help in functioning smoothly.
Asanas related to the respiratory system:
In modern times the entire atmosphere is getting polluted. In such a situation, if you ask a person to do yoga etc., he says that he does not have time to breathe, when will he do yoga etc. So we would say, brother, breathe properly, otherwise how will you live? This has become a ridiculous thing, but this satire proves what the life of the common man has become.
Breathing is also an art, otherwise not only the heart and lungs will become weak but the entire functioning system of the respiratory system will not be able to function smoothly. There are about six hundred trillion small and big cells in our body, which require pure air (oxygen) to remain healthy. By doing special activities of Yogasana and Pranayama, we can provide health to the lungs and the cells of the forearm and the entire body.
Chakrasana, Mayurasana, Sarvangasana, Halasana, Shalabhasana, Paschimottanasana, and Mandukasana are very beneficial yoga asanas for the respiratory system. All these asanas provide more functioning and activity to the respiratory muscles by putting pressure and tension on the abdominal and thoracic cavities.
Our yoga teachers also recommend using pranayama to improve the respiratory system. The purpose of different types of pranayam is the same. Movements like Anta Kumbhaka, Bahyakumbhaka, Dirgha, Purna and Samagati help in massaging the organs in the respiratory system. This purifies the blood and improves blood circulation, resulting in increased energy. The lungs also become stronger, more flexible and more efficient. Pranayam also helps in maintaining balance in the nerve centers, thereby benefiting both high and low-blood pressure patients.
All the activities like Uddiyan Bandha, Bahya Kumbhaka, Antha Kumbhaka, Kapalbhati, Nadishodhana Pranayam, Nauli, Neti, Dhauti etc. keep the entire respiratory system healthy. Due to this respiratory diseases like asthma, cold, cough, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, impurity of blood etc. do not occur.
Asanas related to heart-space and blood circulation system:
The heart is called the center of the blood transport system. Due to the asanas performed in yoga, blood circulation and pressure and tension are generated in the concerned organ and that organ starts improving. The ability to fight external germs develops within him. He starts doing his work correctly. For the lower part of the body, Vajrasana, Gaumukhasana, Mandukasana, Bhadrasana, Shashankasana, etc.
Padmasana, Yogamudra, Baddha Padmasana, Matsyasana etc. for the waist part. Shalabhasana, Moolabandha Nauli, Kunjal etc. for the abdominal area. All these asanas provide smooth blood circulation to all the muscles, organs etc. of the body and keep them healthy.
In which the position of the feet is upward like Shirshasana, Sarvangasana etc. These remove the slow pace of blood circulation and regulate all the veins, arteries and blood pressure system of the heart and provide them with efficiency.
Many times we see that if we do excessive physical and mental work, unnecessary stress is created in the heart rate and blood pressure, due to which there is a possibility of damage to the heart area. For this, exercises like Shavasana, relaxation exercises, meditation asanas, pranayama etc. provide benefits to the heart. Therefore, heart attack or any heart related disorders do not occur and our body remains healthy.
Asanas related to Nadi Sansthan:
There are 72,000 nerves in our body and to keep them healthy, a lot of thinking is required and mere thinking is not enough, they also have to be implemented functionally. For example, if even a small part of the television gets damaged then the pictures do not come out clearly. The same is the condition of this body of ours. As long as we live in this body, we have to take a lot of care of it, because this body is made up of innumerable atoms.
Almost all yoga exercises affecting the nadis are beneficial; However, Surya Namaskar, Uttanapadasana, Paschimottanasana, Lolasana, Kukkutasana, Dhanurasana and other asanas are more effective. The practice of thought and meditation, including Shavasana and relaxation exercises, can also provide substantial benefits.
By doing the above asanas, mental and physical disorders like indigestion, stress, insomnia, anxiety, restlessness, irritability, impulsiveness, anger etc. are destroyed and the person gets a calm, healthy, spiritual, cheerful face and radiant nature.
